Two Queries - One Year MBA List & GMAT multiple attempts

Two queries:

I) Does some one haas the list of the TOP 10 or TOP 20 Universites, which are offering ONE Year MBA. Is is possible share?

II) Recently I heard it migth be considered negative or high GMAT score is diluted if the same was obtained after multiple attempts - say 3rd or 4th time. Your views please
