The answer is 144, choice 3.

Let A have 100 students, thus B will have 120 students (Since B has 20% more than A)

Boys in A : Girls in A = 25 : 75

Boys in B : Girls in B = 36 : 74

Thus, x% of the girl students in School A = girl students of School B
=> 25 * (x/100) = 36
Thus, x = 144
