Given that p does not equal 2, what is the value of {3p(p^2 - 2p) - p + 2}/(p - 2)?
(1) 3p^2 - 2
(2) 3p^2 - 1
(3) 3p^2
(4) 2 - p + 3p^2
(5) 1 + 3p^2 |

Just taking out minus (-) common in the -p + 2 term, we get
[{3 p ^2 (p -2)} - (p - 2)] / (p - 2)
=> Cancelling out (p - 2), we get 3 P ^2 - 1 ===> Chioce 2 |
