i have no experience and graduated in june 2004 in B.E(computer science).But i have a good personal front of leadership,extremely good at sports, etc.will i be eligible into top 10 schools if i have good gmat scores?

Though work experience does carry a good amount of weightage while top B Schools select students, there are quite a few examples of freshers making it to these schools.

If your profile is good and you have a good GMAT score and academic record you should try your chances.
