I took up my GMAT after attending 4gmat's classroom training and scored a 680. I made some mistakes in the DS part of my test. That would have been the reason for not clearing the 700 mark. I made the mistake

of thinking that the problems given in the 4GMAT materials and those that are discussed in the classrooms are of the CAT level and GMAT in no way would require that kind of a standard. Thats no longer true. GMAT quans section is becoming increasingly difficult to crack these days. More questions on geometry and co-ordinate geometry appear in the test. I didnt cover those topics in the 4GMAT materials.
I had quite a few probability and sequence questions as well. They appeared pretty easy as I had solved most of the problems related to these topics in 4GMAT materials.
In verbal, CR and SC's were a breeze and RC's were a bit confusing. OG is the best way out to get used to all these weird topics and questions. My preparations were also not spot on. I couldnt devote much time for the preparations in the weekdays because of office work. The tips received from the classroom training plus the formula book given in 4GMAT were helpful in making up for the not so great preparations.
I would like to tell all the people waiting to take up GMAT that the best prescription to scale the dream 700 is using OG for verbal and 4GMAT for quans.
